A Checkout Counter with Bread Display on the Left

This bakery checkout counter with side bread display places a gold-tone open rack beside a raised checkout surround. The pale counter front has a central wood-grain-look inset and metallic-tone base trim. Bread is arranged on two merchandise levels, including the lower deck, while the higher right section defines a separate payment position. The image provides a layout reference; it does not establish dimensions, construction materials or an installed bakery project.

Separate Browsing from the Payment Position

The rack can bring selected loaves and packaged products into view near checkout. Plan which side customers approach from before choosing the orientation: the illustrated rack is on the left when facing the counter. Check whether someone selecting bread would block the next customer reaching the payment position. Place the fixture on a floor plan with the entrance, queue and collection point, and keep the staff route behind the counter clear. The picture does not show the rear working space.

Choose Food Presentation Around Actual Operating Needs

The pictured rack is open and shows bread props, including bagged products. It is not evidence of refrigeration, heated holding or an enclosed hygiene barrier. Decide which products may be presented openly under your operating requirements and which need a separately specified food display. Confirm how trays, liners and packaged items will sit on each level, how staff will replenish them, and which surfaces require cleaning access. Do not infer food-contact suitability from the finish shown.

Confirm the Checkout Details Before Ordering

Provide the required counter length and depth, staff working height and payment equipment footprint. Request a drawing showing the rack, raised surround and rear fittings together. Confirm cable routing, sockets, storage, access panels and any equipment cut-outs individually; they are not visible in this front view. Ask for finish samples if the pale panels, wood-grain appearance and gold-tone accents need to match an existing bakery interior.

Questions for Your Enquiry

Is this a refrigerated bread case? The image shows an open rack and provides no refrigeration evidence. Specify temperature-controlled equipment separately if needed.

Are the bread and payment equipment included? Merchandise illustrates presentation only. Confirm the fixture supply list and equipment responsibilities in the quotation.

Can the rack position be changed? Submit your required orientation for drawing review rather than assuming the pictured arrangement is reversible.

Send the available space and required fixture details for review.

Discuss Your Custom Display Project

Tell Benson Display what you plan to display, the space available and the style you have in mind. Include a floor plan or product reference when available, along with your quantities and target opening date.

Use your enquiry to confirm dimensions, materials, lighting, delivery destination and installation responsibilities. Pricing and the included services should be agreed in a project-specific quotation.
