Trade Show Displays, Booths & Signage Planning
A useful exhibition display starts with a measured floor plan, not a list of accessories. Tell Benson Display what you will demonstrate, how many people will staff the booth and which events you intend to attend. We can discuss the fixture scope against these practical requirements.
Custom Exhibition Booth Layouts
Work from the organizer’s booth drawing and mark every open side, column and service connection. A reception counter belongs where staff can greet visitors without blocking entry; a product demonstration needs a different amount of space from a brochure display. Place storage within staff reach and check that doors can open when the stand is busy. Graphics should communicate the main topic from the aisle, while closer displays provide detail. Confirm height limits, rigging permissions and installation arrangements with the event organizer before approving the fixture design.

Pop-up Displays for Repeat Events
For a stand that travels, consider the journey between shows as part of the design. Compare the packed dimensions, number of cases, assembly sequence and space needed to store the equipment after an event. A compact pop-up backdrop may suit a short presentation, while a modular counter can provide a place for samples and paperwork. Ask which graphics are replaceable and which components can be reused if the next booth has a different footprint. Assembly time and tool requirements should be confirmed for the selected system, not assumed from its appearance.
Trade Show Accessories & Services
Make an accessory schedule alongside the booth drawing. Sign holders and display stands need readable viewing positions; digital screens need suitable power and cable routes. Flooring changes the finished height at the entrance, and overhead elements may require separate venue approval. Outdoor tents should be assessed for the actual site conditions and organizer requirements. Identify what is supplied with the fixtures and what must be arranged locally so that the installation team receives one coordinated brief.

Discuss Your Trade Show Display Brief
Send Benson Display the event name, booth dimensions, open sides and a short description of your demonstration. Include the number of events planned, preferred packing arrangements and any existing equipment you want to reuse. A display table may be enough for a focused sample presentation; a larger stand needs a more detailed fixture and service schedule. We will use your brief to discuss the proposed scope, with finishes, quantities and delivery arrangements confirmed before an order.
