Mr Sushi is a simplistic, open-plan model featuring a black frame with a transparent display area, and is the most compact of the models. It works great in areas where space is limited. Kayo utilizes wood within a modern design, with its wooden ceiling and platinum accents conveying a warm and elegant experience, making it the ideal model for dining areas that prefer a more stylish dining experience.

The budget varies based on style as well as the material. Wood designs, like the “Hissho Sushi” bar, or “Kayo” ceiling, use natural solid wood to create a high-end texture for wooden sections. The main frame can be made from stainless steel alloy or aluminum alloy. Stainless steel is easy to clean and is typically used for restaurants. Aluminum alloy, as on the “Mr Sushi” frame, is lighter, more durable, and provides a lower-cost option. Tempered glass is used in the display area to provide both transparency and as a safety feature. Small scale or open plan does work for entrepreneurs with a low budget. Large scale dine in does use higher end material and budget, but this is expressing the social icon of an established brand.
