Structure Design

This orange shipping container bar is built from a standard 20ft shipping container. The unit uses a double-deck layout with two functional levels. The ground floor serves as the main bar and beverage preparation area. A second floor rooftop terrace provides open-air seating for customers. A black metal staircase on the left side connects the two levels. Black metal railings surround the rooftop terrace for customer safety.

Renovation Craft

The container undergoes full structural modification before interior fitting begins. Steel support beams are welded inside to carry the rooftop terrace load. A large opening is cut on the front face for the hydraulic lifting bar window. The lifting window uses heavy-duty gas struts for smooth upward opening. All cut steel edges receive anti-rust primer and weatherproof sealing. Electrical wiring, water supply, and drainage pipes run inside insulated wall cavities.

Bar Equipment

The ground floor bar area comes pre-installed with commercial beverage equipment. A black bar counter with stainless steel edge faces the customer serving side. Wall-mounted bottle shelves hold liquor bottles and glassware for drink service. A commercial coffee machine sits on the counter for hot beverage preparation. Under-counter refrigeration keeps ingredients and drinks cold during operation. Four wooden bar stools are placed in front of the bar counter for customers. The unit includes a custom bar counter sized for your specific menu and service flow.

Rooftop Seating

The rooftop terrace is fitted with wooden high tables and matching high chairs. The seating arrangement accommodates multiple groups of customers at the same time. The wooden table tops match the bar stools and ground floor deck material. Black metal chair frames provide durability for outdoor use. The terrace surface uses the same wooden deck material as the ground floor. Customers can enjoy drinks and food with an elevated view of the surrounding area.

This orange container bar works well in many outdoor business locations. It fits in shopping mall plazas, beer gardens, and outdoor event spaces.
