Set Design

This pink London phone booth set includes four matching decorative pieces. The main piece is a classic phone booth with domed roof and two crown emblems. TELEPHONE signs mount on both sides of the booth top below the crowns. The booth has multi-pane grid glass windows on all walls and a front door with handle. The set also includes a matching post box, a street signpost with arrow signs, and a park bench.

Material Build

All four pieces use iron or heavy gauge steel frames for structural durability. The phone booth window panes use tempered safety glass set in metal grid frames. The bench seat and back use wooden slats mounted on the metal frame. The post box has a black painted base and a mail slot with POST sign. The signpost has multiple directional arrow signs and a ball finial on top. All metal pieces receive a pink powder coated paint finish.

Craft Process

The production begins with cutting and welding the metal frame components for all four pieces. All metal joints are welded and ground smooth for a clean finish. Each frame goes through sandblasting, anti-rust primer, and multiple pink paint layers. The phone booth domed roof is formed by bending metal sheets to the curved shape. Glass panes are cut to size and installed into the grid window frames. TELEPHONE signs, crown emblems, POST sign, and arrow signs are fitted after final paint curing. The set can also be used as decorative retail displays for commercial spaces.
