This hair salon workbench features a simple design and can use in a variety of settings. It requires no installation and we can custom according to your specifications, including size and color. After you place your order, we’ll send you construction drawings for your approval before shipping to our factory for fabrication.

Craftsmanship

The hair salon furniture production process consists of three steps: wooden cabinet construction, surface treatment, and accessory installation.
Wooden cabinet construction: We’ll send you construction drawings for your approval before production. After confirmation, we’ll ship to our factory for material preparation and frame fabrication based on the specific dimensions and other details in the construction drawings.

Surface treatment: We use fire-resistant board, which effectively reduces the risk of fire. We offer a variety of fire-resistant board colors for you to choose from.

Accessory installation: We’ll install accessories such as mirrors and metal handles. Don’t worry about damage. We’ll pay special attention to these areas during packaging, using multiple layers of packaging.

Packaging

After the workbench is completed, we’ll wrap it in foam, protecting the four corners and fragile areas with multiple layers of protection. The entire workbench is then wrapped in foam and placed in a wooden box lined with foam board. A fragile label should be placed on the outside of the box.

Shipping

We can provide shipping services. We can arrange shipping to the port or door-to-door service based on the address you provide. We’ll help to pay for taxes and fees, and you only need to collect the goods.
