Floor-Standing Glass Dome Display Stand | Tripod Base with LED Spotlight and Lighted Pedestal

This is a finished sample sitting in our workshop. It looks like a floor lamp, but it is actually a glass display case. We made it for small items like jewelry, watches, or perfume. If you don’t like the standard square glass boxes you see in most stores, this one gives you a different option.

The tripod base and the frame:

The base is three wooden legs, just like a camera tripod. This setup holds the unit steady without taking up a lot of floor area. The metal frame goes upward in a curve to hold the glass cover. The metal has a brushed finish. It doesn’t shine too much, but it gives the whole thing a slightly vintage and decent look.

The glass dome:

The main display space is inside a clear glass dome. Because the glass is round, people can walk around and see the item from a full 360-degree angle. The dome also works as a dust cover. When you display expensive pieces, you don’t want dust settling on them daily. Inside, the space is tall and wide enough for a small statue, a single watch on a stand, or a bottle of perfume.

The lighting system:

This unit has two light sources built in.

• Top light: There is a small spotlight fixed in the top curve of the metal frame, pointing straight down.

• Bottom light: The platform where you place the product is a warm LED panel. It glows and shines light upwards.
  When you turn both lights on, the light meets in the middle. It lights up the product evenly, so there are no dark spots. The light is warm, so gold jewelry, shiny stones, or glass bottles will look brighter and richer in color.

Custom sizes:

We build these stands to order. If you need a taller glass dome, or want the legs painted a different color, we can adjust that. We do not make them in bulk on a factory line. Each one is built separately for the customer’s specific space.
