Bakery Design Showcase: KA CHIDO Baking Space

This portfolio highlights a thoughtful bakery design that merges commercial functionality with home-like comfort. We use soft pink tones, warm lighting, and cozy furniture to create a space that feels both inviting and professional, turning a simple bread shop into a relaxing spot for customers to browse and rest.

Display Counters

The central curved glass counter is the heart of the store. Its soft pink base and white trim match the overall color scheme, while built-in warm LED lights highlight the golden crust and soft texture of every loaf and pastry. The curved shape guides customers smoothly around the display, making it easy to view all products without crowding.

Wall-mounted shelves line the sides, holding neatly arranged bread packages and small treats. Each shelf has a subtle backlight to keep products visible, and small labels with the brand name “KA CHIDO” add a polished touch.

This bakery design ensures every item gets the attention it deserves while keeping the space tidy and easy to navigate.

Seating Area

A cozy seating area sits near the counter, with soft beige curved sofas and a marble-topped table supported by pink metal legs. The sofas have rounded edges and thick cushions, creating a feel similar to a living room at home.

Small green plants in white pots are placed nearby, adding a touch of nature and softening the hard lines of the counter and walls.

Diffused ceiling lights cast a gentle glow over the seating area, avoiding harsh shadows and making it a perfect spot to sit, chat, or enjoy a quick snack.

This part of the bakery design turns a quick shopping trip into a slow, pleasant experience, letting customers relax before or after their purchase.

Walls & Decor

The walls are painted in a warm pink hue, with smooth, white, wavy lines running horizontally across them. These lines add a playful, modern touch without overwhelming the space, and they frame handwritten-style slogans like “Life is an attitude, and baking bread is also an attitude.”

Part of the wall has a textured, stone-like finish. It goes with a row of small bottles for a rustic, artisanal feel.

Key decor elements include:

  • Soft pink walls with white wavy lines
  • Textured stone-style wall panels
  • Modern brand slogans
  • Small green plants for a natural touch

Also, a big white-framed window brings in plenty of natural light. This light fills and brightens the whole shop during the day. The decor is simple and clean, with soft colors and gentle shapes. These details help keep the bakery design calm and welcoming.

Lighting & Ceiling

The ceiling uses a layered lighting system. Long white linear lights provide bright and even base lighting. A large, round, textured panel sits in the center, with small recessed lights around it for warmth and depth.

The lighting has three main parts:

  • Base lighting: Linear lights for overall brightness
  • Accent lighting: Recessed lights to highlight decor and products
  • Display lighting: Counter LEDs to make bread look fresh

The central panel also holds the air conditioner. It mixes function and clean design well. The warm 3000K light matches the pink walls. It keeps the bakery design cozy and welcoming all day.

Overall Style

The space follows a warm, minimalist style, with pink and white as its core colors. First, metal accents on the sofa legs and shelf frames add a subtle modern touch to the soft color palette. Next, the curved shapes of the counters and sofas keep the space gentle and approachable, balancing sharp structural lines with a cozy feel.

All these elements work together smoothly to form a thoughtful bakery design. This design feels both professional and homey at the same time, and it naturally makes customers want to linger, relax, and explore every corner of the store.
