Elegant bakery design

In this cafe, the bar counter is far more than just a place for making coffee – it is more like the soul of the entire space, silently attracting attention and connecting experiences, telling the dual pursuit of beauty and functionality with every detail. From the curvature of the shape to the temperature of the material, it presents the refinement and friendliness of modern coffee culture in a light-hearted and effortless way.

Coffee counter design

At a glance, the bar counter spreads out in a gentle arc, discarding the stiffness of the traditional straight structure. It seems as if the curve naturally “grows” out of the space, seamlessly connecting the display area in the front with the operation area in the back. It doesn’t seem like a functional island counter; rather, it’s more like a gentle invitation. When you get closer, your body will unconsciously lean towards the inner side of the arc, and the distance between people seems to shorten quietly, with conversations taking place naturally.

The consideration of proportion is equally meticulous: the total height of the bar counter is controlled at around 1.1 meters, with a white vertical stripe base at the bottom, which looks light yet stable visually. The display cabinet and operation counter are embedded in the middle, and everything is at a height that is easy for the staff to operate and visible to customers. You can clearly see the entire process of hand-brewing coffee and leisurely observe the freshly made desserts in the cabinet every day. The balance between functionality and aesthetics is just right here.

Space layout

The curved bar on the left is undoubtedly the focal point. Instead of sharp angles, it forms a gentle curve, naturally enclosing the operation and display areas like open arms. From the moment you enter, your gaze is drawn here. The approximately four to five-meter countertop is smoothly divided into three sections: coffee is made here, drinks and beans are displayed here, and orders and conversations are also completed here – ordering, waiting, and serving are all done in a seamless manner.

The central seating area is designed for conversation. Four round tables are arranged in a staggered pattern, each furnished with two or three chairs—a palette of green cloth and yellow leather creates a vibrant yet restrained palette. They maintain just the right distance from each other, allowing for a comfortable conversation between two or three friends without obstructing the flow of others.

Next to the full-length floor-to-ceiling windows stands a row of high-legged bar stools and long tables. Facing the street, they offer a cozy backrest, creating a kind of viewing platform: outside, the traffic and people flow like a playful spectacle, while inside, the aroma of coffee and the gentle light of the lights are warm. The table height is perfectly set, allowing elbows to rest naturally and legs to rest comfortably. A few eucalyptus branches are dotted in a slender, transparent vase. The afternoon sun slants in, and at night, the interior lighting creates a warm, hazy glow, interweaving with the night outside, creating a gentle scene.

Seating area

The social area is located in the front center. The bright yellow single chairs are paired with a small round table, which is bright and lively, naturally attracting two or three people to gather and chat, and is also suitable for relaxed business conversations; the light gray velvet booths against the wall are equipped with green pillows and round side tables, creating a soft space, which is more suitable for one person to work quietly, or two or three friends to have a low conversation, without disturbing others or being disturbed.

Yellow Single Chair: A Touch of Softness and Strength
The chair’s matte faux leather upholstery creates a warm yellow, like melting butter. It’s not only beautiful but also durable and stain-resistant—coffee stains disappear with a simple wipe, making it perfect for a busy cafe. The slender black metal legs conceal a triangular support structure, creating a visually light yet incredibly stable seat—a perfect fusion of material and mechanics.

Green Lounge Chair: A Breathing Fabric Experience
The faux linen fabric has a slightly rough surface, its light green hue gently cooling the space like a gentle breeze. It complements the real green plants nearby, providing a thoughtful and comfortable experience even during extended sitting.

Round Dining Table: A Poetic Dance of Stone and Metal
The tabletop features marble-patterned artificial stone, offering a warm texture and seamless seams, making it easy to clean. The edges are meticulously rounded and chamfered to prevent accidental bumps. The base tapers into a slender inverted cone, ensuring the table remains stable without weighing down the space.

The booth sofa: A gentle embrace that comforts you.
The light gray velvet is soft and gentle on the skin. The high backrest and deep seat create a perfectly enclosed feeling, inviting you to relax. The matching green cushions add a subtle touch of nature, extending the natural atmosphere to every corner.
