Fashion Law Firm Design with Marble Laminate Reception Desk and Wooden Furniture

This boutique law firm specializing in the fashion industry completed a space renovation. This project focuses on professionalism and fashion, creating a layout that combines marble reception desks, wooden furniture, and industrial-style structures. It resulted in an office environment that is both in line with the legal rigor and meets the aesthetic requirements of the fashion industry.

Reception Desk

The reception desk of this space is made of laminate, with a marbled appearance, that is laminated to give a light grey base and a natural pattern that is similar to marble, while still providing durability and cost effectiveness. The back wall of the reception desk features a three-dimensional wave-form metal that finishes in a black matte finish and has subtle gradation light/dark shifting due to the application of linear LED’s.

The lounge area of this space uses caramel leather sofas with a rounded back and design in a retro style, and a round coffee table, adorned with gold metal accent, creates a visual anchor point for the area. In addition, two knitted yellow lounge chairs provide a stylish and comfortable waiting place for visitors.

Office Furniture

Office desk: The main body is solid wood frame. The desktop is composed of light gray marble-patterned laminated boards, which match the material of the reception desk. The edges are rounded and sealed. It has black slender metal supports, suitable for lawyers’ daily desk work and document processing needs.

Office chair: It is caramel-colored, durable leather fabric. The high back design conforms to the curve of the waist and back. The internal filling of elastic sponge enhances the comfort during prolonged sitting. The chair legs are matte black metal material, paired with silent wheels, suitable for collaborative scenarios in open office areas.

Screen: Made of black metal, with a horizontal louvered structure. It serves both as a boundary divider and for allowing clear sightlines. The sides have walnut wood storage shelves. It can place small items such as plants and documents.

Conference table: The oak finish has a soft and smooth texture, and a whole marble-patterned panel in the center of the tabletop. It harmonizes with the overall design. Complementing it are eight conference chairs of the same caramel-colored leather material, forming a formal yet warm communication space.

Glass partition: The black thin frame combined with transparent glass divides the private meeting rooms from the open office area. The border lines are simple and neat, aligning with the avant-garde aesthetic of the fashionable law firm and enhancing the sense of spatial order.

Function Assistance Area

The water bar area features a minimalist design in black, white, and gray. The black under-sink basin is matte white granite countertop. Above the shelves are linear light strips, providing a cozy supply station for employees working late at night. The dark wood finish and concealed door design in the corridor area maintain the overall integrity of the space. The open workstation area at the end continues the principle of transparent glass partitions, ensuring efficient communication for team collaboration.

The top terrace, as a private space in the city, features alternating layers of wooden flooring to create a natural rhythm. The custom-made teak barbecue area and stainless steel grill meet the social needs. The dark gray outdoor sofa and the green plant trough jointly form a relaxing urban relaxation scene, providing a therapeutic buffer space for the stressful legal work.
