High-end Covenience Shop Design Metal Display Racks and Layering Display Stands

When convenience stores are no longer limited to temporary stops for buying a bottle of water or picking up a bag of snacks. Rather, it is when convenience is transformed into a comfortable experience through design and display. AirGo Convenience is the best example. This store, which doesn’t look like a convenience store, relies on metal display stands, layered display booths and ingenious decorations. Turn daily consumption into a shopping experience.

Store Design

From the entrance, the dark storefront is paired with the glowing words AirGo Convenience. Adding a yellow circular logo makes it clean and eye-catching. After entering the store, the light wood-colored floor is paired with dark grey and natural wood-colored shelves. The ceiling was not designed with a complex suspended ceiling. Instead, a black bare ceiling and track spotlights were used.

Even smarter is the spatial layout. It leaves a wide enough aisle. Whether strolling alone or in pairs, it’s not crowded. The cash register is placed beside the entrance but does not block the way. There is also a small area left beside for placing tables and chairs. Buying a cup of coffee allows you to sit down and have a rest.

Display Racks & Stands

1. Metal display racks

The main racks in the store are all made of metal. It is a dark grey matte metal frame, which looks exquisite and is not prone to looking old. This kind of shelf has a strong load-bearing capacity. It won’t deform like plastic frames after long-term use.

Floor heights are dependent on the size of product being stored into storage space within the warehouse. Layer height for potato chip bags should therefore also be wider than that of packaging used for very small-sized candy items. Height of racks can be adjusted without needing to change rack type through addition/removal of shelves.

2. Layered display stands

In addition to the large shelves against the wall, the store also has many white layered display stands. Layer by layer, it is drawn upwards, looking like a small staircase. This kind of exhibition stand is specially designed for small items that are easily overlooked. For example, new snacks and small gifts for festivals.

Stand in front of this shelf and you will view the items on each level clearly. In contrast, when you look at an average shelf, you cannot see what it has at the bottom. Also, the white colour of the counter top makes the bright colours of the packaging stand out.

Reception Desk

The reception desk has been designed into areas, using both white and light wood colours for the countertop. The front of the countertop has a small embedded shelf that holds items such as gum and mints, which are typically small items. Another major component is the coffee equipment located next to the reception desk. The overall aim is to provide a one-Stop cashiering and consumption experience.

This design transforms the cash register from a mere place for payment into a service experience area. It not only saves space but also adds a coffee corner function to the convenience store. Even if you don’t buy daily necessities, you can still come here for a drink.

Store Decoration

Cotton cloud decoration: The white cotton cloud hanging from the ceiling blends the cold and hard feeling of metal and dark grey. I feel particularly relaxed when shopping in stores.

Flower ornaments: Several POTS of white and pink flowers are placed on the shelf beside the entrance. It’s either expensive floral arrangements or simple potted plants, but they can instantly infuse the store with a lively atmosphere.

Signs: Above every shelf there is a large black label that reads “Soft Drinks,” “Candy,” “Baby Food.” There is also enough large and colorful lettering that anyone who walks by will be able to see which products they want without having visited previously.

The design merges convenience for customers with good design and comfort, with durable looking and durable metal display stands. By using tiered display stands to highlight product display, a reception desk can act as a cash register and also serve as a product display. Wall cabinets maximize design space, while decorative accent elements in the store will create an inviting atmosphere. This design has much potential for future reference.
