How can the nail store integrates lighting, color theory, and furniture design to create an environment that balances functionality, aesthetics, and customer well – being.

Light design

The entire space adopts a basic lighting method that combines recessed downlights and track spotlights. The recessed downlights are evenly distributed on the ceiling, providing a relatively uniform overall light that makes the entire store bright without obvious dark corners. This ensures that both customers and manicurists can clearly see the surrounding environment, creating a comfortable lighting atmosphere. The track spotlights are installed above the operation area. These track spotlights can be flexibly adjusted in angle, providing sufficient and concentrated light for manicure and care operations. This makes it convenient for manicurists to carry out delicate work, such as applying nail polish and trimming nails, and can reduce operational errors caused by insufficient light.

Color matching

The space takes light green as the main color tone, creating a fresh, natural and soft atmosphere. Light green belongs to the cool color system, giving people a sense of tranquility and relaxation. It is especially suitable for places like nail salons or care shops where customers need to relax their body and mind. It can relieve customers’ nervousness and make them feel more comfortable while enjoying the service. White, as an auxiliary color, is widely used on the walls and ceiling. White has the function of brightening the space, which can increase the brightness and spaciousness of the space. When paired with light green, it forms a sharp contrast, making the light green stand out more, and also making the entire space look cleaner and tidier.

 

 

Chair design

The chairs mainly adopt light green, which echoes the overall style of the store. This color is fresh and soft, and together with the white walls, pink accents, and wooden elements. Which  creates a harmonious and unified visual effect, allowing the chairs to blend naturally into the store environment and enhancing the integrity of the space. The chairs have a woven design. The woven texture on the seat surface and the backrest presents a unique texture. Where not only adding visual interest but also giving the chairs a sense of refinement of handmade craftsmanship, highlighting a distinctive style. Paired with the golden chair legs, it enhances the fashion sense and refinement of the chairs. The contrast between the gold and light green makes the chairs more visually striking.
The lounge chairs have a regular shape with armrests, and the overall lines are simple and smooth. The diamond-shaped lattice pattern on the surface adds a sense of detail and quality, making the chairs look more upscale and in line with the nail salon’s positioning of pursuing refinement.

Partial design

The golden chair legs of the chairs and some decorative details are in gold color. Gold is an eye-catching color that can enhance the sense of refinement and fashion of the space. The combination of gold and light green is not overly ostentatious. But can appropriately showcase the quality of the space, making the entire space both fresh and luxurious.
