Art as Core Element
Tattoo shops are galleries by nature, and industrial design amplifies this by treating the space itself as a canvas. The ENKI TATLO ink shop design integrates large-scale abstract art, geometric murals, and sculptural busts into the design, displaying them on open shelving and accent walls. Reception Counter
When you enter this tattoo studio, the first thing that catches your eye is a small reception counter. The counter is made of MDF with a gray finish. A key feature is the large, illuminated panel in front, echoing the illuminated panel design on the back wall, adding a highlight to the overall industrial-style decor. This counter also serves as the checkout counter after the client has completed their tattoo. As an essential part of any commercial shop, its design style must both fit the overall aesthetic and possess its own unique characteristics to highlight the tattoo studio design.
Coffee Counter
Integrating a coffee counter into a tattoo shop is a modern design trend. A well-designed coffee counter not only provides refreshments but also allows customers to relax, converse, and wait—reducing anxiety. This is a good idea to encourage customers to wait patiently without missing any. The coffee counter is a standout feature; its finish matches the overall shop décor, while the textured stone countertop provides an easy-to-clean, hygienic, and healthy impression. The metal mesh design at the top and the neon “COFFEE” signs add a trendy, edgy touch that aligns with tattoo culture.
