This folk pub focuses on live music performance scenarios. It adopts a plain retro style and abandons luxurious decorations. Reasonable lighting, soft furnishing and functional layout create a relaxing space for parties and music appreciation. The performance area occupies the core of the store, and all seats adapt to music viewing and social needs at the same time.
Storefront
Vertical wood plates cover the main facade of the store, matched with rough cultural stone materials. A horizontal luminous light box acts as the main store sign, printed with calligraphy store name and simple English marks to ensure high recognition at night. The entrance adopts glass double doors with ethnic pattern stickers, which balance indoor daylight and privacy. A service window is set on the side of the store. A vertical blackboard at the door displays real-time information of live performances and special drinks.
Performance Area
The central area of the store arranges a dedicated performance stage with a cultural stone background wall. The wall is decorated with pipa ornaments and ethnic fabric tapestries, while carved wooden frames and wooden plaques highlight the folk theme of the pub. Complete performance equipment including drum sets, guitars and professional microphones meets the performance needs of small live bands. A curved solid wood bar surrounds the outer side of the stage, with warm light strips installed at the bottom. Light seats outside the bar allow customers to watch live performances at close range. Deer head decorations, woven ornaments and iron wall lamps fill the wall space, enriching the retro sense of the area.
Seating Area
The whole area uses unified dark solid wood tables and chairs. Fabric cushions with ethnic patterns echo the decorative style of the performance area. The floor adopts herringbone wooden flooring, and square Chinese-style chandeliers on the ceiling release soft warm yellow light. The walls adopt diverse designs with cement texture, cultural stone veneer and iron display racks for fabric decorations. Every table places candle ornaments to provide local soft light, and the overall space keeps low brightness to create a comfortable atmosphere. The store sets up double seats and group seats with wide passages between furniture to ensure smooth walking. Exposed ceiling beams retain a rough and original visual effect.
Lighting & Function
The whole store uses unified warm lights and divides the lighting into three levels. Chandeliers and wall lamps provide basic ambient light, hidden light strips create indirect atmosphere light, and table candles supplement local desktop light. Wood color and gray stone form the basic tone of the space, and a small number of red and blue fabric patterns play a decorative role without affecting the visual focus of the stage. The open layout has no closed private rooms, so live music can spread evenly to every corner of the store. Large blank wall areas support later replacement of tapestries and posters for style updating. Wear-resistant solid wood furniture fully adapts to the high-frequency use of pub business scenarios.
Conclusion
The design integrates music appreciation, leisure chatting and drinking functions. Customers can sit at the bar for immersive live music experience, or sit in the scattered seats to communicate with friends while enjoying performances. The design avoids expensive material stacking. It shapes a unique and suitable store style through reasonable collocation of soft furnishings and flexible light adjustment, which fits the operational positioning of small and medium-sized folk pubs.
